French Toast Casserole
With Sausage
5 c Bread Cubes 4 Eggs 1-1/2 c Milk 1 c Cooked Breakfast Sausage 1/4 c White Sugar, divided 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tbsp Margarine, softened 1 tsp Cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter an 8x8 inch baking pan. Line bottom of pan with bread cubes. In large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour egg mix and sausage over bread. Dot with margarine. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining 2 tables sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake in preheated oven 45-50 minutes until top is golden brown. |
